Treatment


Initially, treatment often focuses on relieving pain or addressing specific areas of dysfunction. Once symptoms have been resolved, we recommend regular maintenance massage every 4–6 weeks. This approach helps to:

  • Maintain joint mobility and muscle flexibility
  • Support long-term musculoskeletal health
  • Reduce stress and improve overall recovery


Sports massage techniques can also complement rehabilitation following injury, assisting tissue healing and restoring normal function. During rehabilitation, weekly sessions may be recommended to optimise recovery, with ongoing maintenance once a month to help preserve results and prevent future problems.
