Health Insurance
We work with most major insurance companies. The main health insurance companies we work with are: AXA, Bupa, Vitality and AVIVA. Initial and follow up insurance appointments are 30 minutes long.
Please ensure you have the following information from your insurance company to book an appointment through insurance.
Please note, insurance companies will not cover late cancellation or missed appointment fees.
AVIVA Health Insurance
To book an appointment through AVIVA health insurance please ensure you have your: Policy Number, Authorisation Code and the number of Physiotherapy sessions authorised by AVIVA. ​Please be aware you may have an insurance excess. If this is the case, AVIVA will not cover the full appointment charge and we will contact you after your appointment to settle your excess payments. In the event of AVIVA not covering your appointment charge, private fees will apply.

AXA Health Insurance
To book an appointment through AXA health insurance please ensure you have your: Policy Number, Authorisation Code and the number of Physiotherapy sessions authorised by AXA. You will also need to let us know which body part your Physiotherapy relates to in order for us to make your claim.

BUPA Health Insurance
To book an appointment through BUPA health insurance please ensure you have your: Policy Number, Authorisation Code and the number of Physiotherapy sessions authorised by BUPA. You will also need to let us know which body part your Physiotherapy relates to in order for us to make your claim.

Please be aware you may have an insurance excess. If this is the case, BUPA will not cover the full appointment charge and we will contact you after your appointment to settle your excess payments. In the event of BUPA not covering your appointment charge, private fees will apply.
Vitality Health Insurance
Our Vitality health insurance appointments are with our Physiotherapist George Marvin.

To book an appointment through Vitality health insurance please ensure you have your: Member Plan number (this is 8 digits long and a number greater than 1000000), Member Authorisation number/claim number (this is 7-8 digits long and greater than 3000000) and the number of Physiotherapy sessions authorised by Vitality.
