Designed for individuals with an upcoming ski trip or those rehabilitating from injury, the clinic provides expert physiotherapy tailored to the demands of snowsports. Appointments include a detailed Musculoskeletal Assessment to evaluate your current fitness level and identify any areas of weakness, such as reduced coordination, aerobic capacity, strength or balance - that could impact your time on the mountain. You'll receive a personalised training programme to build strength, improve performance, and help prevent injury.

We offer two appointment types:
Initial Snowsports Assessment – 45 minutes
This comprehensive session includes a full assessment, injury screening, and the development of a tailored treatment and recovery plan. You’ll leave with a targeted exercise programme designed to improve strength, endurance, and coordination, along with guidance to support a safe and successful ski holiday.
Follow-Up Session – 30 minutes
Focused on hands-on treatment, mobilisation, and strength and conditioning work, these sessions may take place in our Pilates studio to enhance muscle tone, fitness, and skiing ability. Ideal for ongoing progress, injury prevention, or rehabilitation support.

Our ski specialist, George Marvin, is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a deep passion for snowsports, having completed over 30 weeks of skiing himself. George combines his first-hand knowledge of skiing with expert physiotherapy skills to help clients prepare for the slopes, recover from injuries, and get the most out of their time in the mountains.
