Appointment Cancellation & Private Medical Insurance Policy Cancellation Policy

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel an appointment, or a late cancellation fee will be added to your account:


Physiotherapist Appointment Late Cancellation Fees:

  • Physiotherapy Initial (45 mins): £60.75
  • Physiotherapy Initial Express (30 mins): £54.00
  • Physiotherapy Treatment (15 mins): £26.25
  • Physiotherapy Follow up or Treatment (30 mins): £48.75
  • Physiotherapy Home Visit (45 mins): £75.00
  • Running Clinic Initial Appointment/Physiotherapy Treatment (60 mins): £75.00
  • Running Clinic Follow up (45 mins): £60.75
  • Running Clinic Follow up (30 mins): £48.75


Massage Appointment Late Cancellation Fees:

  • Sports Massage (45 mins): £46.50
  • Sports Massage (60 mins): £57.00
  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage (60 mins): £58.50
  • Lymphatic Drainage Massage (90 mins): £82.50


IMPORTANT: Non-attendance of appointments will be charged at the full rate.


Pilates

Pilates classes are mostly pre-booked in six-week blocks and paid for in advance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend your class.


Private Medical Insurance

If you choose to use an insurance company to cover your treatment costs, we ask that you provide us with the below details before an appointment can be booked:


  • Name of insurance company
  • Insurance policy/membership number
  • Insurance authorisation code
  • The number of authorised sessions for the current course of treatment. If over 10 sessions are authorised, please provide correspondence from your insurer stating the number of sessions offered.
  • The amount of any excess.


Please note that after completing an insurance appointment your policy may have an excess, which may be billed to you at a later date.


If your insurance provider does not accept our insurance claim for your treatment, your appointment will be reverted back to a private appointment and private appointment fees will apply to you.


IMPORTANT: Insurance appointments are subject to the same late cancellation and did not attend fees as private appointments.
