BSc Psychology

Dan is an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with 10 years of clinical practice, combining expertise from both the NHS and Ministry of Defence with hands-on work in elite sport. He graduated from the University of Brighton in 2015 with a degree in Physiotherapy, having previously studied Psychology and pursued a career in business consultancy and occupational psychology before moving into healthcare.

Dan began his physiotherapy career with Buckinghamshire NHS Trust, progressing from junior to senior level while specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. Alongside this, he worked pitch-side with Wasps Academy and player development programmes, and later with Guildford RFC, where he first collaborated with Rob. For the past seven years, Dan has been a Physiotherapist within the Ministry of Defence, managing a wide spectrum of complex injuries and playing a vital role in keeping soldiers fit, healthy, and deployable.

He has developed advanced skills in soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, and dry needling, and is particularly passionate about treating running-related injuries. His clinical expertise also covers the management of ankle sprains, spinal pain, tendon problems, and neck-related headaches. Dan is recognised for his patient-focused, hands-on approach and his commitment to helping people move more freely, reduce pain, and achieve their activity goals.

Outside of work, Dan is an avid runner and weightlifter, living by the principles he encourages in his patients. He is also a passionate wildlife and landscape photographer, with some of his work displayed in the clinic and available for purchase.
