Caroline is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with extensive expertise in manual therapy, persistent pain management, and specialist pelvic health care. With a career spanning both NHS and private practice settings in the UK and internationally, she is recognised for her holistic, evidence-based approach and her ability to support patients with complex and long-standing conditions.
Caroline trained at The Middlesex Hospital before beginning her career within leading Central London hospitals, where she further advanced her clinical expertise while completing her MMACP qualification in Manipulative Physiotherapy. This postgraduate training enhanced her specialist skills in manual therapy and manipulation, forming the foundation of her hands-on and highly individualised treatment approach. Following a period working in private practice in South Africa, Caroline returned to the UK and continued her career within established private clinics across West London.
Over the past 25 years, Caroline has developed specialist interests in Women’s Health and more recently, Men’s Health Physiotherapy. She also has extensive experience treating jaw pain, headaches, and persistent musculoskeletal pain conditions. Her clinical approach combines hands-on therapy, tailored rehabilitation exercises, education, and cognitive behavioural strategies to help patients better understand and manage their symptoms while achieving meaningful long-term recovery.
Caroline is known for her empathetic and patient-centred care, creating a supportive environment in which patients feel informed, confident, and in control of their health. Her holistic treatment philosophy focuses not only on symptom relief, but also on restoring strength, function, and overall wellbeing to support lasting positive outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Caroline enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through yoga, skiing, and running. She also values spending time with her three grown-up children and enjoys travelling on adventurous holidays whenever possible.
