Camilla graduated from Cardiff University in 2006 & has specialised in musculoskeletal outpatients since 2008. She has worked in the UK, Australia & New Zealand in both the public & private health settings.
Camilla has gained postgraduate qualifications in sports massage, Acupuncture for the management of pain, Clinical matwork Pilates including ante and post-natal class instructor & Ashtanga Yoga. She has also undertaken training in a number of manual therapy techniques from different treatment approaches, in particular a technique known as 'Be Activated' by international Physiotherapist Douglas Heal. She aims to incorporate this variety in her treatments to match the technique to the patient and their individual goals.
She has worked with Guildford Rugby Club since 2006 & has recently returned from New Zealand where she was working with regional level rugby & elite multisport athletes.
As a keen road cyclist & triathlete herself, Camilla is a member of Phoenix Triathlon club & Cranleigh Cycling club & enjoys working with like-minded clients & has also been trained in road bike fitting.
In her 'spare time' Camilla practices Ashtanga Yoga and Pilates, mountain biking, rock climbing, horse riding, watersports and of course travelling!
