Milly (Camilla) qualified as a physiotherapist in 2006, specialising in musculoskeletal injuries from 2008. She completed her Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute instructor (APPI) training in London soon after. Since then she has worked in the public & private healthcare systems in the UK, Australia & New Zealand. Through working in such varied settings she developed a special interest in pelvic girdle & core stability issues. On returning from her travels, she decided to further her skills & studied to become an Ashtanga Yoga instructor.
She now specialises in movement retraining, with a focus on the foundations of core control, pelvic floor dysfunction & body awareness.
Whilst in New Zealand she worked with elite & international multisport athletes which inspired her to begin competing in triathlon & road cycling herself. Since then she has qualified to represent Great Britain in triathlon, aquabike & road cycling in World & European Championships.
She enjoys working with like minded clients–whether weekend warriors, high level athletes or dog walkers & keen gardeners! She has a particular passion for working with the female athlete & women through the ante & postnatal periods.
